Our thoughts and beliefs shape who we are. The old beliefs that you’ve held about yourself, the world around you, interpersonal connection, and love may have been necessary for your survival in the past, but often begin to work against you. We can become trapped in a cycle of fear, depression, guilt, and exhaustion. In order to grow, we need to identify what’s holding us back.

Our old beliefs may no longer serve us

Once we identify our beliefs, we can see what is and isn’t benefiting us. This process is true empowerment; possible, achievable, and available for you if you choose. It is yours to enjoy!

About Nate Robinson

Hi Dear One, I’m Nate Robinson. I was born in Utah and raised in Denver, Colorado. As a graduate of the University of Utah in Psychology, I’m committed to gaining new knowledge about the ever-changing field of mental health and wellness.

As a survivor of religious trauma and emotional abuse, I have extensive personal experience and a unique perspective on how to recover from and move forward in love and trust. I bring enthusiasm, compassion, youthful energy, and fresh perspective to your present circumstances and difficulties. I’m confident that my expertise will offer meaningful and expansive solutions to aid your mental health and unique challenges.

My true passion and purpose is offering people a foundation of space and safety, companionship and compassion to feel more comfortable with existing emotions that might feel overwhelming. My goal is to guide you toward a more healthy, calm, clear, and balanced mindset, especially in your beliefs around and how you treat yourself. I ultimately help you build a more expansive life where you are able to feel your emotions as they show up, trust yourself in the fulfillment of your needs, and make impactful decisions to enjoy each moment and have a more purpose-driven and peaceful existence.
